Poem 29- Onomatopoeia Poem
Nolan Elizabeth
She smiles from ear to ear
And greets you with the thumping sound
Of her tail wagging against the couch
Her toenails click against the hardwood floor
As she plays a game of fetch
She rustles the newly ironed sheets
She plops down beside you on the chair
Even if there is no more room
She is hardly a lady when she laps water
Because she drips it on the kitchen floor
What a mess
